There is only one book in this edition. Bound in white linen, the herb, vegetable and fruit leaves are embossed on white Somerset paper, with their common names embossed or written in vegetable juice on each page. The three volumes are called "Some Culinary Herbs', 'Various Vegetables', and 'A Few Fruits'. They are kept in a specially made drop box, made of strong card, linen and bound in beautiful pale green paper, made by the Two Rivers paper mill. The juices from the leaves are the only colours in the book - no inks or dyes have been used to create it.
